How to add values to newly added segments of an existing EFF

Summary:

Have added 2 segments to a context of an existing item EFF. One is a normal validation, the other segment is translated. I want to upload values for these 2 additional segments using FBDI (if other tools are easier like import maps or VB add-in then happy to hear suggestions on how to achieve).

WIth FBDI I don't get the updates as the import errors. Using SYNC mode and only add value for the additional attributes (one in eff_b and one in eff_tl). Mentions null … which indicates an issue with the segments already having a value?!
