Redwood Approve Learning Request Workflow - Learner and Manager unable to edit

Summary:

We have a business requirement for employees or managers to edit their enrolment data while the transaction is pending to correct any data errors. Although I found the edit button in both the ESS and MSS views, the page displays a "we couldn't find this listing" message.

I checked the security settings to find a privilege or role that would allow them to edit, but I could only locate the "approve" privileges, which are already on their profile.

Are Employees or Managers able to edit the data on the transaction while it's in a pending state? if yes what do you need to do to enable it?
