Suggested Start date and Suggested dock date are different

Summary:

We have a make item for which the total processing time is 0.08334 days. We manufacture in batches of 50480.

Total time for a batch of 50480 units is around 2 (fixed)+ 12.71 (Variable) hours. Calendar is from Sund-Saturday, with Friday off. 3 shifts of 8 hours each.


For the planned orders, it is expected that the suggested start date and suggested dock date should be same, as processing lead time is less than 1 day.

But we are observing that in some cases, system is showing the start date and dock date for the Work order recommendation as same different dates and in some cases it is same. We are using unconstrained planning and planning bucket is day.
