Unable to Change the Start Date of the Contact Person Record in Redwood

Hi All,

We are facing an issue - where we are unable to change the contact start date.

Example: Employee was hire as on 01/01/2020 and a Child was created as a Contact as on 01/01/2020. DOB of the Child was 01/01/2015.

Now the request was to change the Employee hire date to 01/01/2010. While trying to change it gives and error 'You need to enter a date of birth that's before the start date of the person record. (PER-1530408)'.

So we removed the DOB of the Contact and then changed the Employee hire date to 01/01/2010 and it is working.. As part of this, we also observed that Contact's Person Record start date and Relationship date as also moved to 01/01/2010.
