Candidate pool without preferred communication channel selected
Hello,
Our organization currently reached out to past traveler staff to see if they would be interested in opportunities with UW Health. These individuals have a profile in ORC, but have never applied to a position, so therefore does not have a preferred method of communication selected.
If these candidates are added to a candidate pool, will they still receive email communications or do they need to verify their email by signing in to their profile on our career site.
