Creating previous year burden schedule overlapping date

Summary:

When attempting to create a new burden schedule version for a previous year I get the error "A version with overlapping date range already exists for this schedule" Though, the other versions do not encapsulate the 1/1/21 start date? Unable to deduce why this error is occurring as that date does not overlap any of the 3 other schedules
