Unable to process a sales order with the PTO model quantity with a decimal value

Hi , We are facing an issue, where an external system is sending a decimal quantity on the PTO model during the sales order import, while the sales order import works, it is rounding off the quantity on the order and then erroring the line out in Oracle Order Management.

Has someone come across such a case? Can someone help confirm if we PDH allows setting up decimal value quantity for PTO models in Oracle.
