Automated checklist Task Initiation & Workflow for Last Working Day (LWD) Update
Summary:
To automate the initiation of tasks and approvals for the Talent Management (TM) team when an employee’s Last Working Day (LWD) is updated in the system
Requirement Details:
- When LWD is updated, the system should trigger a checklist for the Talent Management team.
- TM team should select one of the following LOV as below
- Complete Notice Period Served – No approval required, no recovery applicable.
- Notice Pay Waived Off – Should go for approval.
- Recover Notice Pay from Employee – No approval required.
- Pay Notice Shortfall to Employee – Should go for approval.
- Configure a workflow to route approval requests where necessary.
