How to conditionally add custom analytic cards on 'Activity Center' pages?

Summary:

We have a requirement to create and conditionally (like based on roles/countries/grade etc) display custom analytic cards on 'Activity Center' pages, but we don't see any option right now in VBS apart from the listed seeded options.

For example,

  1. We want to add a analytic card saying 'Absence Balance' on 'My Activity Center' page for a specific absence type (like, Vacation)
  2. Similarly, another use case to show 'Additional Hours' on 'My Activity Center' page accumulated for the employee for specific countries.

Please note, this question isn't related to creating/displaying hyperlinks/reports, this is more specific to display custom cards (similar to what Oracle has delivered 'Salary' etc highlighted in the below screenshot captured from test/lower PODs).
