Display Exchange Rate in Quote page

Summary:

We have a use case to display exchange rate of the selected currency in Quotes page.

For example if the source currency is USD and user selects Euro as currency in Quote page. We need to display the conversion rate for Euro currency.

Is there a way to display the exchange rate without using SOAP request.
