Issue in changing the Name format in Welcome page , Greeting Banner and Name Initials

Summary:

We have a requirement to use Preferred names as Display name in all the HCM pages and facing few challenges.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

  1. The required config tp update the Name format was done as per the Oracle Documentation followed by running two ESS JOBS

a: 'Apply Name Formats to Person Names'

b. 'Send Personal Data for multiple users to LDAP'

But even after these ESS processes were run, the Welcome page , Greeting Banner and Name Initials were not updated.

2. There is another document which asks us to run the JOB SET: Apply Name Formats to Person Names, Keywords and LDAP
