25A "Retake a Completed Course" - Button showing even with profile option set as 'No'.

Hi experts,

We are testing the 25A release, and noticed that the 'Take Again' button is displayed, even if the profile option ORA_WLF_ALLOW_RETAKE_REDWOOD_PAGES_ENABLED is set as 'No' (which is the default option).

We tested and they are able to click on the button and then be redirected to the page where they can enroll in the available offerings.

This may cause problems, as learners would be able to retake a course, even if we have this configured to not allow them to.
