Summary:

We would like to understand how the HR Representative is selected for the Public Info page by Oracle. What is the logic used to get the value for the page? Ultimately, we would like to use the same logic for our reports/integrations to ensure we get the same results. Currently we are trying to replicate using a custom FF but it is not exactly matching. This is causing issues with downstream integrations.
