Default the working hours field from the derived standard working hours

Summary:

Hello, The client uses job structure (not positions), and we are noticing that when Change Assignment Action is used, the working hours field remain populated with the old value and the derived standard working hours are getting updated as expected from the new job. This is not the case when we Hire an Employee. Is there a way to have the working hours also to populate the new value as the derived standard working hours? The issue is that HR specialists may miss on manually updating the working hours and hence the FTE is then incorrect on the record.
