Default value in Descriptive Flexfield based on Course/Offering Name

Hi there,
We have two courses (one for Study Assistance and other for Qual for Role) which are linked to the same enrollment details form, which uses Descriptive Flex fields.
Is it possible to have the 'Additional Information required for Supported Study' field default with a particular from the lookup, depending on which course has been selected?
I.e. If employee is enrolling in Qual for Role
, the field value will default to Qual for Role, and if Study Assistance
course is selected then Study Assistance value defaults? See screenshots below to show more information.
Is this able to be achieved using Visual Builder Studio? Are we able to create an extension for the field to be completed based on what information is appearing on the page?
