Unable to change the Subject for Acknowledgement mail

Unable to change the Subject for Acknowledgement mail as I dont see any option to do it

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

I am able to change the content for acknowledgement mail trigger (see attachment) which will be sent to the employee when SR is created Via Incoming channel (email) however I don't see an option to change the mail subject.

I wanted to change the mail subject as given below. Please help me

Mail Subject: Service Request <SR Number> Received
