How to make the People Group field required in Offer

Hi All,

We are working on a requirement to make the people group field required.

We could do so using page composer (kffcomponent) however the problem now is we only need to make the people group required for 2 countries (US and Canada). I've tried using EL Expression, however, it is based on the user. What we need is a context that will be based on the offer instead of the user, also tried HCM Design studio but there's no selection.
