Error on Change Assignment Approvals ORABPEL-30103

We are creating Change Assignment rules and have setup approvals and approvers.

When testing, the Workflow is in error but in transaction logs, it passed 1 of the rules and have pulled the approvers.

The error reads :

ORABPEL-30103 exception.code:30103 exception.type: ERROR exception.severity: 2 exception.name: Ruleset did not return any results. exception.description: Reconfigure the conditions in the rule set ChangeAssignPSLineMgr for the task ChangeAssignmentApproval so that approvers are found. exception.fix: Model the ruleset so that it returns a list builder specification.
