Assistance Needed: OTBI TerminationReport Approval Update Not Reflecting

Hi everyone,

I updated the TerminationReport Approval in OTBI, but the changes are not appearing when I run a test. Here’s what I did:

1. Navigated to OTBI > Human Capital Management > Workflow Notifications.
2. Copied the TerminationReport Approval into a custom folder under Custom > Human Capital Management > Workflow Notifications.
3. Edited the copied version and uploaded the new RFT with the same name.
4. Set the copied version as the default layout.
5. Waited 24 hours for the changes to take effect.
6. Ran a termination test, but the notification has not updated.

Did I miss a step? Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
