Assignment Status is not changing from Not Started to In Progress for selected learners

In some courses with UL contents, the assignment statuses of selected learners did not change from "Not Started" to "In Progress" nor "Completed". Learners were able to provide screenshots of their scores for each course but the assignment status retained to "Not Started". Upon checking, this is only happening to selected learners as others were able to complete the trainings with UL contents without any issues.
