How to enabled custom field Location Department dynamic LOV in Case Management

Hi All,
We want to bring location and department of impacted employee (Primary Contact) while creating or editing Cases.
While adding the custom field using Application Composure, I am unable to add dynamic LOVs of Location and Department.
Please assist in what field type to add and the next steps. We tried with Choice list (Dynamic) but it is not helping or maybe I'm missing some steps.
