Local and Global Transfer Action Redwood Enabled?

Hello everyone,
five months ago I asked if the local and global transfer quick action was available in Redwood and someone answered me saying that the delivery target for the local and global transfer would be the 25A. I have checked in Oracle documentation if there were some information regarding it but I've found anything.

If yes, can someone explain me why I'm facing this error and why i see these blue astericks?
