In helpdesk,user want to check for audit history of the ticket number. When user click the selected date, it didn't appear any audit history data of the ticket number. By right it should be displayed the data where all the data update throughout the process until it resolved/closed.

Navigation : home> helpdesk > help desk requests>Open any ticket then clicked on audit historty>select from date and to date

Kindly help me if anyone having idea on this
