How does my Data Analyst run case mgmt/HRHD reports?

Summary:

I'm having a hard time having my Data Analyst pull data from case management and help desk. The service catalog doesn't even appear for him. He has both Case Manager and Case Worker roles, as well as making the service catalog visible to him (even though it doesn't appear).

When I run one of the existing reports (I have access to service catalog) no data appears. Below are screenshots of the error messages I receive.

I've scheduled the processes below:

  • Loads HCM Person Mapping Data
  • Loads Service Request Lifecycle Data

What am I missing?
