Can we have attachments automatically attached when job offers are extended to candidates?

Summary:

We have a requirement to attach a pdf copy of the job offer description to candidates when the job offer is extended. We have these documents saved on the requisition itself within the attachments area. Would it be possible to automate including this attachment on the job offer when we extend to the candidate? We do want it to be candidate facing and understand we can manually add this to the job offer letter; however, we would like a more automated way.
