Publish End Date of Course with HDL is not working

Summary:

We are trying to update the publish end date for a course using HDL file however we are encountering an error upon loading.

The {BO_NAME} component discriminator isn't valid. The line with the {ACTION} instruction needs to include a discriminator that's supported by the {TOP_BO_NAME} object

A valid METADATA line for the {BO_NAME} business object must appear in the file before any {ACTION} data lines for the {BO_NAME} business object.

Has anyone encountered these errors and how can I correct it. I found a similar post on this question from 2024 and it seems my formatting matches but I am still getting the errors.
