Issue with Duplicate Check Not Working in Core HR
Summary:
Hi Team,
We are experiencing an issue with the duplicate check functionality. We have enabled the duplicate check at the Core HR level while keeping it disabled at the ORC level.
Requirement:
If any ex-employee/contingent worker applies again with the same mail id, through Career Site, this candidate should be considered as "External Candidate" and once "MOVE TO HR" happens, should consider new user and assign new Person Number. This is the top most requirement of Business.
If they get the old Person Number, then that impacts many financial aspects.
