Unable to see Return Receipts in Brazil org in Review completed Transactions UI

Summary:

We have a scenario like this:

We have a return receipt created for a PO in Brazil.
The Transaction history shows the "Return to Supplier" records while checking on the Receipt number.

But the issue here is it doesn't show up in Review completed Transactions in that Inv org.

Moreover we are unable to ship it back as the PO doesn't show up .

The Receiving parameters have the following enabled.

Print receipt traveler

Print shipping documents for drop ship orders

Print shipping documents for returns to suppliers

Print shipping documents for return material authorizations

Any pointers on this issue.
