Unable to view Suggested Candidates

We are trying to utilise the Suggested Candidates Feature in ORC, but we are receiving the below message on multiple requisitions when we are testing.

The Synchronize Recruiting Data for Candidate Recommendations process has run and completed successfully.

I'm not sure if this is due to a lock of information on the Requisition or Candidate Profile, but the message implies that something is still processing.
