Associates unable to see the Learning Assignment

Hi Team/ @Jamie Rancourt-Oracle

Learning Specialist trying to assign associates to the Specialization. Assignments not showing up.
Associates are also unable to see the assigned Specialization.

We checked in non-production; associates were having already In-progress and Overdue assignments for this specialization. But in Production, they don't have any in-progress learning assignments for the same specialization. Issue is in Production instance.

Any thoughts on this?
