Legal Employer in user record (HCM) not updating following entity name change

Summary:

One of our legal entities had a name change recently and we updated it everywhere.

Manage Legal Entity
Manage Legal Entity Registrations
Company name is updated -- ETC.

However, when going to Person Management and searching for a user tied to the entity, the legal employer is not updating and still shows the old name value.

Jobs we ran to try and have it updated, but no luck.

1) update person search keywords 
2) synchronize person records 
3) Refresh Manager Hierarchy 
4) Autoprovision Roles for All Users 
5) Send Personal Data for multiple Users to LDAP 
6) Import User and Role application Security Data 
7) Send Pending LDAP Requests
