OIC3 Error while setting up storage for export

Summary: I am unable to configure the storage parameters in OIC Gen 3 instance. Getting this error: 'An error occurred while saving storage changes { "servlet":"jersey", "message":"insufficient content written", "url":"/ic/api/common/v1/storages", "status":"500" }'

I was able to set this up earlier in Jan 25 in Gen3 and succesfully Export and Import OIC instance storage from one OIC instance to another. But now getting an error while setting up the same for another OIC instance. Also unable to run export again from the instance where we had successfully exported in Jan.

When i trace the console log in chrome, looks like the error is with the below REST api
