Add new action in the “Actions” menu

Summary:

Hi Everyone,

We've requirement of adding new action in the “Actions” menu that can be found in Employment Info section which shall help us to modify the same set on information as for “Change Assignment” action


For that I added new action and action reason but its not reflecting n the “Actions” menu that can be found in Employment Info section.
