Hide contacts of terminated employees from Person Management

When an employee is terminated, the contacts of these employees are still showing up in My client groups - Person Management screen.

E.g, John Doe is an employee who is terminated. He has contact Jane Doe as spouse. When we search for Doe in the person name, Jane Doe still shows up. The contacts of terminated employees should be hidden/not visible/not show up in the search.
