Issue with searching new hire after 25A

HI,

After 25 A patch is applied in lower environments, we are facing an issue in searching new hires. After every new hire created in lower environments we need to the ESS ingest process to get the employee reflect on the responsive pages. With out the process run the employee are only visible when using the advance search and not when using regular search.

The pages we have faced this issue are mainly CORE related 'Employment Info' responsive page etc.

Can we get an idea about the issue and solution to resolve this?
