Cannot set France as the default country in Disability Info section of the Personal Detail screen

Hello,

Navigation: My Client Groups > Personal Details

In the screen Personal Details, under the Disability Info section, we are not able to set the field Country default value as "France" not even search for any country.

On other section of the same page such as National Identifier It is possible to search for a default country.

Please note that in both cases the overridden property of Value is editable.

Could you confirm if this is a bug? If not, please advise on the correct approach to set a default country for this section.
