Document Record Approval Can goes to selected employee on segment LOV

Summary:

Hello Team,

I have one document record which used to extend employee probation period if needed, its accessed from MSS, and have one segment that attached to LOV which returns manager direct reports who are still in the probation period

My question is when manager selects this employee approval needs to go to this selected employee from LOV

Any inputs on how to achieve this?
