Unable to find the attribute of National ID & National ID Type in Approvals for Employee's Contacts

Summary:

We have a business requirement that whenever user changes/updates the Social Security Number of his contacts, approval should be routed to an approval group.

I tried using these attributes in the rule in change Personal Information but i can see the values are null in the transaction when employee changes the SSN of his contacts.

Screenshot from the "Transaction Details Report" which shows the value is null during the transaction.

Do we have any delivered attribute available that will allow us to achieve this requirement.?
