Quick convert: action from offer is not transported

Hello,

we noticed that the action linked by default to the quick convert is incorrect. The system always uses a custom action and ignores the action that was used to create the job offer.

Our understanding is that we cannot control the action the action assigned during quick convert (or anything else in regards to the employee for that matter). So we expect the system to choose the action that was used during the create job offer process.

However, the system keeps choosing the same, custom hire action that we do not use at all during create a job offer. Why is this happening?
