Migrate Seniority Dates V1 to V3.

Summary:

Hi Team,

Please advise on the below mentioned points.

  • What is the difference between V1 and V2 and V3?
  • If we migrate to V3 Seniority dates, all values stored under V1 and V2 will be moved to V3 automatically after process completes?
  • Fast formulas are implemented using Database items, are there any DBI updates we need to do in our fast formulas (to fetch V3 seniority dates using DBI’s)?
  • If there is a global transfer of an employee to another Legal entity, will the seniority date at Enterprise/ Legal Employer will be visible for new assignment and length of service calculated correctly like how it is working now?
