How to configure automatic element entry

Hi experts,

I'm trying to find a way to automatize the entries for element called "Company Bonus (amount)".

As per current configuration, we have two different elements that are managed manually: "Company Bonus (amount)" and "Company Bonus (percentage)".

"Company Bonus (amount)" entry values should always be the same as (Salary amount * Company Bonus (percentage) vaue), and currently everytime there's a salary change in core hr we have to manually update even the "Company Bonus (amount)" element entry.

So, expected to be behavior is:

  1. Worker's salary basis gets updated from 10.000 to 15.000 with a Change Salary action or a Promotion action with effective start date January, 1st
