Contact activation error when contact is disabled

Summary:

Bill-to Contact is a required attribute for a bill plan. The previously selected value was deleted from the Bill-to Account, making it no longer valid on the bill plan.


Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We understand what generates the error but the only way we have to fix it is to re-activate the contact, go to each bill plan and select the contact, then delete it and save. Is there any other way to fix this? It is BAU to inactivate contacts that were previously selected in contracts.
