Seniority Date ID changes daily for few workers without any changes

Seniority Date ID changes daily for few workers without any change in assignment or work structure data. Could this be a problem in data or process parameter issue ? We observed that for couple of workers so far , the seniority process tries to calculate daily and changes the Seniority ID field on daily basis since few days now.

Need expert advice here.
