HR is unable to edit existing contact into Edit/Convert Pending Worker process
Summary:
Hi,
HR Specialist or Admin are unable to edit existing contact created by the employee from Me > Family and Emergency Contact.
We can only delete the contact or create a new one. However if I'm going to My client group > Family and Emergeny Contact, I'm able to edit these contacts below.
Could you please confirm if it's a standard behavior of the tool ?
