OCPLM Rule Update.

Summary:

We had a custom rule in Cloud for Change Orders and Change Requests that validated if "Assigned To" attribute is equal to "Requested By".

It was working fine until there was a change in Display Profile option due to other requirements.

Earlier both the attributes were evaluating based on User ID but due to change in Profile option "Assigned To" attribute is evaluating based on "Display Name" example Venkat Shruti and "Requested by" attribute is evaluating based on "User ID" example shruti.venkat.

We had a SR already and were informed that Profile option works only for Assigned To attribute and no other user name related attributes. We cannot change the Profile option due to other requirements.
