How does the tenure get calculated in experience section of connection page. This is a rehire employee and we see some discrepancy in this.

Eg:

Employee who is a 2023 rehire who was initially hired on 01-FEB-2013, then left i on 16-AUG-2021, then got rehired on 06-FEB-2023.His tenure shows as 10 years and 6 months.
