Privacy policy consent not visible in external career site

I have added a new consent statement in 'campaign opt-in statement ' which i suppose should be visible under the 2 agreements. However, it doesnt appear in the site.

May i know how can we add a new agreement consent in the career site. Is there any process to be initiated ot refkect the chnages.
