Are AI features available within the government cage

We've previously been advised that the new AI features such as 'AI Assist' button on the non-catalogue request forms are not available to us to enable due to being within the government cage.

Does anyone know where this is documented?

And, does anybody know if this is included in the oracle roadmap which would allow us to make use of the features in the future?

So far, I can see in the documents how to enable the AI for Talent, Learning and Development, but nothing to advise if it can be used by those in the government cage.

I'd be grateful for any details which could be shared.
