Hi There,

Appreciate your help in advising how the notifications that were transferred to a Line Manager upon termination of a team member can be deleted from their Things to Finish / Bell Icon Notifications.

We are not able to view the transferred QuickPay notifications in the Transaction Console to Terminate the Process to clear the notifications on the manager's end. We only see them in BPM worklist.

Is there a way to search the QuickPay notifications that were assigned to the LM in the Transaction Console? BPM worklist does not have an option to select Terminate Process. Selecting Skip Current Assignment does not seem to clear the notifications on the manager's end. If Withdrawn is selected, will the Line Manager receive a notification indicating this has been Withdrawn? These notifications do not need to be reassigned to another Line Manager/team member.
