LOOKING FOR OTBI REPORT FOR EMPLOYEE AND CONTACT DETAILS

I am looking for a report that shows the details of Employee and the Contact details. Columns such as Employee Number, Employee name, Contact Name, Contact Phone number, Contact Address, Contact Gender, Contact DOB. I need it as OTBI report using subject areas not as a BI Publisher report.

I created one using the "Workforce Management - Person Real Time" but when I add the Employee number, the contact phone number and address is showing for the Employee not for the Contact."
